• Depth over breath: Your commitment to 2 or 3 meaningful activities over several years beats a laundry list of superficial memberships every time.
• Real Impact: Did you have a true impact on your immediate community which includes your family, school, local town, state, etc.?
• Initiative and Character: Are you overcoming real obstacles, demonstrating responsibility, reliability, responsibility and drive?

Admissions officers at top universities aren’t looking for a high-volume list of glossy titles. They look for depth, initiative, and authentic impact within a student’s actual sphere of influence. Admissions teams evaluate achievements relative to the opportunities available to students, prioritizing meaningful commitment and engage over perceived glamour.
